St John's Priory Park
One of the largest parks in our portfolio, St John’s Priory Park is located in the picturesque market town of Lechlade-on-Thames in Gloucestershire, on the southern edge of the Cotswolds. With countryside all around and an abundance of amenities and services within a mile away, the park offers the best of both worlds. A part-time on-site Warden and active Residents Association give the park a strong community feel.

Stansby Park
A small park totalling just 12 plots, Stansby Park is located in The Reddings area of Cheltenham. The town centre is only a 10-minute drive away, with several bus stops a short walk from the park entrance. A maintenance team takes care of all communal areas of the park, while staff in our regional office located on Staverton Park oversee the running of all our sites in and around Cheltenham.

Staverton Park
Staverton Park is our second-largest park in Cheltenham. The park is located just off Bamfurlong Lane, a 10-minute drive away from the town centre. There is also a bus stop a short walk from the park entrance. Our staffed regional office, which looks after all of our parks in and around Cheltenham, is situated on-site. A maintenance team takes care of all communal areas of the park.

SUNSET PARK / HAMBLETON COUNTRY PARK
The Sunset Park Holiday Village is a quiet and peaceful retreat in the countryside on the outskirts of Hambleton, on the Fylde coast. The nearest beach is just 2 miles away and we are close to many popular seaside towns, such as Blackpool, Cleveleys, Fleetwood, Knott End, Poulton le Fylde, and Lytham St Annes. The park is also less than 40 minutes drive to the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District.

One of our flagship parks, Takeley Park is an extremely popular choice for those looking for a location with good access to London, Essex and Hertfordshire. The park is an attractive mix of established landscaping alongside new developments. With an active residents association, plenty of social events and a Bronze David Bellamy Award the park is perfect for those who like the countryside feel with access to plenty of amenities.

The Vale of York
The Vale of York is a 5* Residential and Holiday park set close to the beautiful village of Sheriff Hutton and only half a mile from Strensall’s popular high street which has local amenities, several public houses, supermarkets, library, doctors and a Boots Pharmacy. There is also an excellent public transport service into York city centre which is only about 15 minutes away.
