The Avon is a beautiful 12ft home by Pemberton Park & Leisure Homes. This year's traditional design is complemented by fresh fabrics, chic grey wood, and co-ordinating furniture. A wall mounted flame effect fire adds brings a cosy feeling for the winter months. This peaceful family run Holiday Park is set in the grounds of an old Georgian country house. Delightfully situated in an unspoilt rural environment, leading onto a safe sandy beach, on the South West Coastal Path, with spectacular views of Plymouth Sound & the Cornish Coast. We have no Club House or organised entertainment, instead we offer peace and quiet in an idyllic setting, for those wishing to relax and get away from it all. We also have a superb indoor heated swimming pool to enjoy, which is situated next to the main house. For family holidays, we have a play park with climbing frame and swings for small children was well as a badminton and football net. There is a large field at the front of the park for more energetic games and rock pools on the beach to be explored!
