West Down Farm is a small holiday home park on Devon's glorious south coast and just two miles from Exmouth town centre. The park has been laid out to give each caravan a lovely South West aspect with views along the coast and towards the Exe Estuary. The farm is no longer a traditional working farm. The old stone barns having been converted into living accommodation and much of the land is now used for grazing cattle, sheep and deer. This long established, family owned and run park on the Jurassic Coast offers a long ten and a half month seasons starting 1st??March each year.

Exmouth is an ideal centre for touring the south west with the M5 motorway only 10 miles away, Dartmoor and Exmoor are within easy reach. The farm itself is well situated for those wishing to explore the costal footpaths, the Exe Valley and the area of lowland heath known as Woodbury Common. The East Devon area attracts high numbers of bird watchers, anglers and photographers each year in addition to many families who head for the sandy beach.

We are able to supply all makes of holiday caravan. Size restrictions apply to some pitches.

We do currently have a small number of available pitches??for owners wishing to choose their own holiday home or It may be possible to transfer your existing holiday home to West Down Farm.
