Sunnyvale is a family owned park that is located directly on the beach and is surrounded on three sides by water. We enjoy one of the largest sand and dune beaches in north wales. Our facilities include The Chester Variety Club which is the only UK Government (Home Office) accredited “Best Bar None” premises on any holiday park in the UK. Enjoy the best shows on offer that are normally associated with variety clubs in the bigger cities throughout the UK. We also have a beach hut styled fast food outlet “The Snack Shack” although if you prefer to eat in style we also have our brand new “Galley Restaurant” a nautical themed Bistro/Bar where you can dine inside or outside on the decking. We have a childrens outside play area with zip wire and climbing frames, a all weather sports area and an inside soft play area. Our park offers a Childrens Club and entertainment with our park character “Captain Sam” and his shipmates each night between 7 and 8pm (high season). We also have a teenage zone with pool table, air hockey, fussball table, arcade and video games, free WiFi and charging points. For the more adventurous we offer bike hire. We also have a fully stocked shop on park. Many of our caravan owners own jetskis and are members of the park jetski club. If you are a boat owner there is ample storage available at the “hub” located next to the park near the Yacht Club. Our park offers an 8 month or 12 month season and benefits from a large selection of over 35 lodges and caravans for sale or hire. Nearby is a cinema, splash zone, seaquarium (discounted tickets available through the park), skate park, adventure golf, arcades and fairground rides. We are a premium park in an unrivaled location. All of our new caravans on our luxury development come with UPVC wrap round skirting and steps as standard. They also include site fees up to the end of April 2018. All of the new development benefits from free WiFi. Many pitches on the development will accommodate 2 cars and a full wrap round decking should you choose to have one. The new development has a 12 month season.

Our Touring Field has 49 pitches and all pitches are hard standing with individual water and electric to each. There is a modern toilet and shower block with wheelchair access and disabled cubicles with toilet and shower facilities including shower stools. Sluice facilities are also available and the touring field is located right next to the beach.

Please note all of our park including the club, beach and other facilities is wheelchair accessible and the park is flat with predominantly low kerbs. Also unlike many of the beaches in north Wales our beach does not prohibit walking your dog at any time of the year.

We have luxury lodges and caravans (some with sea views) available for hire all year round.
