Welcome to Sunny Lyn Holiday Park situated in a beautiful sheltered wooded valley within Exmoor National Park. The Park is within walking distance of the shops in Lynton and the picturesque Harbour of Lynmouth. Sunny Lyn offers a range of accommodation, most of which is open all year round, including Christmas and New Year. We even cook Christmas Lunch! We have a fully licensed shop stocked for your immediate needs, a licensed Cafe that serves breakfast and a fully equipped launderette. Wireless internet is available throughout the Park via pre-paid cards. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind and de-stress listening to the West Lyn River cascade over the rocks as it flows alongside the Park. If you prefer a little more action there are plenty of beautiful walks and many other attractions in the area. Caravan Holiday Homes. Our Holiday Homes all have one double bedroom, one twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge and will sleep from two to six people. All are fully self-contained and have a parking bay for one vehicle adjacent to the Holiday Home. Holiday Lodges. Our Holiday Lodges all have full central heating and are open all year round including Christmas and New Year. The Holiday Lodges all have a lounge with TV and DVD player, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The two bedroom Lodges have one double bedroom, one single or twin bedroom and will sleep up to three/four people. Duvets and pillows are provided. Linen is not provided but is available for hire. All of our Holiday Lodges are non-smoking. One extra large two bedroom Holiday Lodge is completely wheelchair accessible and has a fully equipped wet-room in addition to a standard shower room. Sleeps six (sofa bed in lounge). Each has a lounge/dining area with a gas fire and colour TV, a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, full size gas oven and fridge and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Duvets and pillows are provided. Linen is not provided but is available for hire. Some of our Holiday Homes are pet friendly. Camping, Tourers and Motor Homes. The Park offers a small level camping field with some riverside pitches. A few of the camping pitches are available with electric and TV hook-ups. The Touring pitches are on the field [part hard standing] and the Motor Home pitches are all hard standing. All of the Touring and Motor Home pitches have electric and TV hook-ups. The heated toilet blocks have shaver points, hairdryers and free hot showers. Gatehouse Apartments. The Gatehouse Apartments have full central heating and are open all year round, including Christmas and New Year. Each has a lounge with TV and video/DVD player, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bath and shower, one double bedroom, a twin room [Meadow View Apartment can take a thrid bed in the twin room]. The Garden Apartment will sleep up to four people and Meadow View Apartment will sleep up to five people. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided in each apartment. There is parking for one vehicle for each apartment. The Garden Apartment is pet friendly.
