Owners, Roy and Adriana Harvey, have gone to great lengths to build a pleasant and enjoyable environment for holiday home owners. Basics, such as electricity, water and sewage are, of course provided – as is a laundry room with washer and dryer and upgraded shower facilities.
However, in addition are some rather special offerings. There is an unusual bar which residents can use to sip their own drinks in.
It is spectacularly fitted out as a 1950s American diner and includes many highly desirable retro fittings.
There is a cinema, also retro American in style, which can be used to watch videos on those (hopefully rare!) rainy days.
In addition to all this, there is a games room fitted out with table-top games which can keep teenagers happily occupied for hours.
