Snettisham Caravan Park dates back over 60 years. The Roser family have owned the site since 1984. Originally Frederick & Josephine Roser, and their son John. Now owned by John & Marilyn Roser who have a son, Calin.

Nestled right next to the beach at Snettisham it remains relatively unspoilt and is almost “a step back in time”. Popular with so many different people of all ages it has so many things to offer. Peace and tranquillity away from the hum drum of busy lives. Long beach walks –popular with dog owners. For nature lovers the site is situated very near to the RSPB areas, making it a magnet for bird watching.

The site is literally next to the beach, and when purchased the sale included the stretch of beach running along the top of the park.

In the 1960’s the owner of the site was Mr J Carey who retired and sold out to a Company called Bomfram. In 1984 Melrose Stores (the Roser family) which then consisted of Fred & Josephine Roser and their son John purchased the site. Today the site is still owned by the Roser’s and is run by John & Marilyn Roser.

Since the 1960’s the site has been developed considerably. In the 60’s caravans did not have their own individual facilities, i.e toilets, showers, baths etc., and there was an onsite toilet and shower block. Today all caravans have their own facilities and the old shower block is no longer used.
