We are a privately owned tranquil park just 300 metres from West Wittering's award winning sandy beaches and are open all year round, so our customers can visit anytime they wish. There is no clubhouse and our holiday homes are for occupation by owners and, on an ad-hoc basis their close friends/family only, which promotes tranquillity within the park. Given that buying a holiday home is more akin to buying a ‘service’, rather than purely a ‘product’, if there was one attribute of Scotts to highlight, it is the bespoke high quality service we aim to provide to our customers.
Our overriding ambition is to enable our customers to fulfil the fundamental reason for buying a holiday home in the first place, which, for our customers, is to have a tranquil retreat close to the sea, where they can relax and leave the general stresses of life behind.
