Hello and welcome to Sandside Caravan Park, Sandside is situated just off the A6 in the quaint village of Bolton le Sands. Near to Lancaster and Morecambe, situated less than 5 miles away and the lake district 15 miles away.

Sandside boasts some of the best views you will find anywhere in the North of England with panoramic views of Morecambe Bay and the Lake District & is literally 100 yards from the shore.

Sandside prides it’s self in being a quiet, pure holiday park which has been a family run business for the last 15 years.

Here at Sandside we have Static Caravans, Touring Caravans, Motorhomes and Seasonal Touring Caravans. We have limited pitches available on all of the above so it is important you call to check availability. Unfortunately we don’t have any rental caravans on site and we also no longer take tents..

All touring pitches are hard standing pitches with 20 of those being a “super pitch” this means there is electric, water and waste water at the pitch.

Dogs are permitted but must be kept on leads at all times.

Unfortunately Commercial vehicles or vans are not permitted on site.

Unfortuantely Hobbie Caravans or similar, are not permitted on site,

The village of Bolton le Sands boasts the usual village amenities, with a best in Britain awarded Indian restaurant – The Far Pavillion, an award winning fish and chip shop – Packet Bridge Chippy and two excellent Chinese restaurants – Trungs & Rickies. Bolton Le Sands has 3 pubs, a local Spar Shop, A Paper Shop and a Post Office… so has everything you’ll need.

Sandside Caravan Park is the ideal choice for train spotting enthusiasts, being close by to the west coast mainline, the local area has some exceptional vantage points utilised by local train spotting enthusiasts.

Facilities

Our Touring and Camping section of the Caravan Park has a clean, modern, heated toilet block with wonderful powerful showers. You’ll find drinking water, washing up facilities and the laundry located in the toilet block ideally located next to the touring and camping section.
