About Roseland Caravan Park
Roseland is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Canada Hill above the town of Rothesay. There are outstanding views of the bay and the hills and sea lochs of the Cowal peninsula. We are the only official campsite on the island and are conveniently situated for all the facilities that Rothesay has to offer.

If fishing is your game then why not try Loch Fad which is a 5 min drive away.
Alternatively Bute has breath taking scenery and beaches to explore plus the amazing grandeur of Mount Stuart House, the ancestral home of the Marquis of Bute.
