Redstone Caravan Park is a charming park close to the town of Stourport-on-Severn, in the heart of Worcestershire. The park has a range of static caravans that are permanently owned and used by regular holidaymakers, as well as having 36 hardstanding pitches for guests with their own motorhomes and touring caravans.

Touring guests will find pitches benefiting from electric hook-ups, while facilities provided to ensure a comfortable stay include shower and toilet blocks, a laundrette and dishwashing facilities. There is plenty of open space on this campsite for children to enjoy ball games and other activities, plus there's a children's play area. In addition, there's a shop, a café/restaurant and a bar is found on-site, and is open at selected times throughout the open season.

Walks by the riverside or across the surrounding countryside are always popular, while there are also plenty of areas of woodland nearby that are excellent for walking. In addition, the Severn Way, a waymarked long-distance footpath, runs very close to this campsite – in fact it's just across the river.

Visit Worcestershire and many of the local trails are also accessible on bicycle, with tourists often choosing to get around in this manner as a means of seeing more of this picturesque region. The Wyre Forest National Nature Reserve, a short drive to the north of this campsite, is a popular attraction, and is frequented by wildlife lovers and bird watching enthusiasts throughout the year.

You might also like to visit Worcester – it is about a half hour drive from this site. When in Worcester, see the cathedral and tour the Museum of Royal Worcester.

The magnificent, 19th century Witley Court and Gardens, an English Heritage administered attraction, has large stone fountains that draw the crowds, plus it is just a quarter of an hour from Redstone Caravan Park by car.

South of Worcester you'll discover Great Malvern which nestles within the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Visit the Malverns and catch breathtaking views around every corner. Follow the 'Miles without stiles' routes, which are promoted tracks and footpaths that criss-cross the area – there are also seven Discovery Walks you can follow, with handy accompanying guides.

Fancy some retail therapy? Visit Birmingham – you could be there in an hour from Redstone Caravan Park if you drive. The stunning new Library of Birmingham is another of the city's attractions, as are Aston Hall, the National Motorcycle Museum and St Martin in the Bull Ring.
