As soon as you drive into our caravan park you'll see why so many people choose to buy holiday homes here. It's a beautifully landscaped holiday park; just on the way in you'll see lakes, lawns, fountains and our funfair.

Primrose Valley is located on a clifftop plateau that slopes steeply down to the sandy beach below. Don't worry, there's a much easier going path just down the valley which will lead you quickly down to the beach. It's a seriously long beach that stretches all the way up to the seaside town of Filey a lovely walk if you've got a spare few hours.

It really is an action-packed holiday park with loads of fun, sporty and leisure activities to keep any visiting friends and family entertained. You could use trips to your newly bought caravan to pick up and practice a new sport you've always wanted to try, like golf, tennis, fencing or archery. The young and the young at heart will especially love our climbing wall, go karts, ropes course and zip wire and riding the slides down from our funtower..

Why choose Primrose Valley?

Some of the static caravans we have for sale are close enough to the cliffs edge to have their own sea views. However there are lots more caravan holiday homes for sale around our recently created lakeside developments. The views here stretch across the lakes and fountains, over to our own 9-hole golf course (which is reserved exclusively for use by our holiday home owners). There are also fishing and boating lakes around the park so theres still plenty for you to do if your idea of fun doesnt involve working up a sweat.

We also have a heated outdoor pool (which is open over the summer) and two indoor pools that are always open. One is more of a regular pool whilst the other is a kind of multi-level aqua park with water slides and a SplashZone play area.

Things to do in North Yorkshire

Buying a static caravan holiday home here means you're just a few minutes drive from Filey, but if you fancy seeing some different beaches or local towns then Bridlington and Scarborough are also just 20 minutes from our park. Scarborough in particular offers lots to do with its Sea Life aquarium, sea front castle and shopping centres.

A holiday home at Primrose Valley can also be a great base for exploring more of North Yorkshire. You could take a day trip to somewhere like the historic city of York, with its Dungeons, Jorvik Viking Centre and the impressive York Minster. If you want to see more of the Yorkshire countryside then a trip to the North Yorkshire Moors would be ideal. The steam train service from Pickering can take you across the moors, all the way to Whitby (famous for its haunted abbey) and back again.
