Pear Tree Holiday Park is a peaceful and safe, family-friendly touring caravan and camping park; ideally situated near to Poole, as well as Bournemouth and Weymouth and Swanage. The park is a great place for exploring all Dorset has to offer, including the World Heritage Site of the Dorset Jurassic Coast, which boasts many popular geological and wildlife attractions.

Our location is perfect for those traveling to France, Guernsey or Jersey, as we’re just 15 minutes from Poole Ferry Terminal. This is also a great opportunity for guests to take a daytrip to France, as there are frequent sailings to and from the continent.

Park and Gardens

Pear Tree Holiday Park boasts an abundance of well-maintained hedgerows, as well as mature oak trees, well-kept lawns and pretty flowerbeds. We offer a peaceful and serene setting for your holiday.

Our Park has all the facilities you’ll need including a toilet and shower block facility with private washing areas, baby changing and bathing. There’s also a laundrette with washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing facilities; a well-stocked shop stocking groceries and essentials; a fully enclosed children’s play area and a tourist information stand.
