About us

We are a quiet park offering a public house, The New Inn, at the entrance to the site, a play park for young children, a Launderette and 2 well stocked fishing lakes.

The beach can be accessed directly from the park itself.

The New Inn Pub offers entertainment on most weekends throughout the season. There is normally a professional act every Saturday night, and we have the usual pub entertainment (pub quiz, bingo etc) the rest of the week.

We also hold car boot sales at the grounds next to the pub, keep checking the news section for dates.

The site is now open for the season. If you have any questions or queries, you can contact the office on 01507 338306 between the hours of 9am to 16.00pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 12.30pm Saturday and Sunday.

Live entertainment

The New Inn Public House offers live entertainment on most Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, there is normally a professional live act on the Saturday night, and the other nights we have typical pub entertainment.

Local Attractions

The market town of Louth, capital of the wolds, is an easy 20 minute drive from the park. This is a typical bustling northern market town, with markets held on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday each week.

Of particular interest is the morning auction held in the middle of the market on Wednesdays, There is also a cattle markets on Thursdays.

The towns Playhouse Cinema is on Cannon Street, and is home to Louth Film Club, Louth Playgoers Societys Riverhead Theatre is on Victoria Road, to the east of the town.

Hubbards Hills is one of the towns main attractions. The park is situated in a glacial overspill channel that forged the course for a small river, the Lud. It meanders along the deep, flat valley bottom between steep, wooded slopes on either side.

Cadwell Park racing circuit is around four miles (6 km) south of the town, between the villages of Scambelsby and Tathwell.

A 15 minute drive south along the A1031 will take you to the seaside resort of Mablethorpe.

Attractions at the resort include a fairground and the beach.

In 2008 the old Dunes Theatre was changed to Sharkys Bar after a refit, but by 2012 was renamed The Dunes Complex and has returned to its original use of theatre with a bar and restaurant. There are also numerous amusement arcades which offer your traditional seaside entertainment.

A sand train operates to take visitors to the north end of the beach.

There is a two screen cinema, Loewen Cinema on Quebec road. The cinema is independently run to a high standard boasting the largest screen in the area, Dolby Digital 3D, premier seats and air conditioning.
