Nelson Villa is a private non-letting park situated just slightly inland from Chapel Point. It is a beautiful and quiet hidden gem just a few minutes walk from the centre of this popular coastal resort that offers something for everyone. The park has recently been completely re-developed, with ornamental ponds and all plots now have their own private parking bay. There is also a resident warden on site for added security.

Nelson Villa is an extremely quiet park with abundant wildlife including ducks, rabbits and many birds resident. Occasionally deer have even been seen in the surrounding fields.

Despite being in a countryside location, Nelson Villa has a footpath which allows residents to get to the beach and the new North Sea Observatory in around 10 minutes.
