Stuart and Jane have owned Westbourne Caravan Park for the past 20 years, in 2016 we started the development of Firth View Caravan Park consisting of 40 pitches all 40 pitches are sold and mobile homes sited.
Our third and final phase of an additional 18 pitches is now complete.

As standard all mobile homes have fully galvanised chassis patio doors/French to the front, UPVC double glazing, fridge freezer, microwave or space for a microwave, gas central heating, 2 bedrooms, a pull out sofa bed in the lounge area,(check the spec on some lodges as only free standing sofa with an option to purchase a air bed), wrap around deck and car parking space to side, option to purchase a hut stand (£250.00 cash).
**Lodges are residential spec and include washing machine and dishwasher**.
Due to the tiering of the site and the wider gap between each mobile home compared to our first phase of 40 pitches you can enjoy the fabulous sea views across the Clyde from your private balcony.
All utilities are metered so you only pay for what you use during the season, gas is piped via a bulk tank situated under ground to the front of the caravan park so no gas bottles to change, pitch fees and utilities are sent 1 October of each year and payable by return.
Firth View has an onsite laundry which consists of a separate dryer and washing machine both are coin operated and situated to the side of the blue cabin ( reception and sales office), access is via a coded lock as we only wish people from Firth View to use the machines.
Unfortunately due to a very slow download speed we do not offer a Wifi Package, a number of mobile providers are offering a portable router which can be plugged in anywhere in the UK and offer an unlimited packages and have excellent speed for Netflix, social media etc, please check with provider if compatible.KA28 0HA

Our site licence is from 1 March - 6 January
Pitch fees are payable in whole in October or two instalments £500.00 in Oct to secure your pitch and the remainder by 6 January of each year.
March 23 - January 24 pitch fee.
Mobile homes 38 x 12. £2,520.00 a year
Large mobile homes and lodges £2,570.00 a year.
