The Park, which covers some 6 acres, is flat and grassy and bordered by two streams, the Finella and the Lauriston. Adjoining the Park is a further 6 acres of croft and woodland including a large pond, home to all sorts of insects, aquatic animals and birds.
Miltonhaven has its own sandy beach and safe, swimming and canoeing area. Rock pools, adjacent to the park, awaiting exploration, by young and old alike. The whole area surrounding the caravan park abounds with wildlife; deer, fox, rabbit, hare and weasel.
