Set in the heart of the North Pennines, Mickleton Mill is a quiet, secluded and picturesque holiday home destination. The farm and Caravan Park are idyllically located on the banks of the River Lune and Tees, surrounded by woodland and rural farmland. The park covers eight acres, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with an abundance of local wildlife.

Within easy reach of Middleton in Teesdale, Barnard Castle, and many popular walking routes in the North Pennines, many of our visitors use us as an alternative to the Lake District, or as a base for a memorable family day out.

Mickleton Mill Caravan Park has been personally run by the Atkinson family for nearly sixty years, since it first opened in 1963. The Atkinson family have lived and farmed at The Mill for over two hundred years. We are committed to providing a personally run Caravan Park, ensuring the highest standards of customer care and a close attention to detail.
