There are 45 homes on Little Trelower Park and a great community atmosphere among the residents. For convenience there is a bus stop right outside the park entrance and the local village of Sticker has a post office, general store and cracking pub that does a great Sunday Roast! St Austell is less than three miles away and is a large town with all facilities and amenities you need including a cinema and train station.

Local attractions include the very popular Internationally renowned Eden Project, which is situated in a huge creator and houses massive biomes containing the largest rain forest in captivity along with other exhibitions. The Eden Project also holds regular summer concerts and exhibitions throughout the year so there’s always something to see and do at this amazing architectural wonder! In addition, the beautiful Lost Gardens of Heligan are only a few miles away and well worth a visit with their lovely tea rooms!
