Each home is purposefully situated on a series of wooded terraces, some with views overlooking the River Nidd and woodland forrest.

The site is approximately 140 acres, located in stunning varied terrain, bordering 1 mile of the River Nidd with fishing rights along its bank.

Holiday hire is allowed on our exclusive ‘N’ field (only) near the entrance to the park.

We have a Clubhouse on site (‘Mill Tavern’) independently run with a large lounge bar area, offering quality home cooked meals 7 days a week! Live Entertainment and Sky Sports! We also have a fantastic café with balcony overlooking the River Nidd, again independently run.

We are open 11 months of the year, so you can come enjoy every season with us! Commanding superb views over the surrounding countryside, this is a relaxing, peaceful base for a rural family holiday any time of the year.
