Kelsey Wood Country Park 15 minutes inland from Skegness and Ingoldmells, and 5 minutes from the foothills of the Wolds. The park is a serene location where the stresses of daily life melt away. Kelsey Wood Country Park is truly a haven of peace and tranquillity. Set in 16 acres of park and woodland it is surrounded by country lanes, ideal for cycling and walking. Our fees are based on the local holiday parks £2750 to £3000, at Kelsey Wood, however, you get all year use not 8 months. Remember we never close. We will also guarantee 3, 4, or even 5 years with no fee increase.

All lodges are sited around 2 fishing lakes and owners will enjoy free fishing in front of their lodge. There is no public fishing.

To enhance the front of your lodge sun decks will allow you to have superb views over the lake.

Kelsey Wood is a relative new park . The lodge bases are now constructed and a full range of Lodges will be available i.e. 12 to 20 foot width and prices to suit most budgets.. It is my aim as the owner to create a superb 5 star lodge park. The location of the park will suit more the country lover who wishes to enjoy the peaceful surroundings that Kelsey Wood offers. Visiting children are allowed i.e grandchildren.

Kelsey Wood Country Park was once part of a 14th Century Manorial complex associated with the Kelsay family referred to in 1507. The original moat is still present. It was also home to 207 Squadron who flew the Lancaster Bomber during WW11. The park, now tranquil, is steeped in history.
