Herons Cottage is a popular touring park and fishing location found in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside, a short, 20-minute drive from the market town of Spalding, on the River Welland.

The park is open all through the year, and welcomes guests with touring caravans, tents and motorhomes. The site has been given a three-star rating by both Visit England and the AA, and it is a dog friendly campsite.

Static caravans for hire are available at Herons Cottage on a seasonal basis, while seasonal pitches are also offered to touring and camping guests on a summer or winter basis. Those taking out summer seasonal pitches that are planning to return to Herons Cottage the following year can also take advantage of competitively priced, secure unit storage at the site. An additional field is set aside for caravan rallies.

All the pitches at Herons Cottage benefit from electric hook-up, while all pitches also have security lighting and adjacent car parking. Additional facilities available at Herons Cottage for guests’ comfort include a modern toilet and shower block, washing up sinks and a gas exchange. In addition, 25 fishing pegs are available at Herons Cottage, with guests able to enjoy fishing from 6am until dusk. If you are staying here you can pick up a seasonal fishing permit or a single day permit from the campsite's reception.
