Cross Dormont camping and caravan site is situated within Cumbria's Lake District National Park.
The family run site is located on a working hill farm with pastures skirting the southern shores of Ullswater.
Our camping in Cumbria tariff is the same all year around.
No seasonal increases.
Set in this area of magnificent scenic splendour the camping site provides an ideal base for such activities as hill-walking, fishing, cycling, mountain-biking and sailing,
or for simply lazing in tranquility and peace, (on or off the site) with views of the lake and the surrounding hills and mountains. Pooley Bridge is the nearby village with a few shops, cafe's and pubs serving excellent food and real ale.
We cater for tents, caravans, dormobiles and can accommodate large and small parties.
The site is also available for weddings.
