The Park

The park has been designed in such a way that all plots are individual and very spacious providing privacy, seclusion and your own piece of the East Yorkshire Wolds which can be enjoyed 52 weeks of the year. Electrically operated gates secure each of 2 phases of the park with 9 bespoke homes on each phase and all set within 5 acres.

Having chosen your desired location, park and plot, the next step is to decide which manufacturer of homes you prefer and whether your preferences are to the stock design and layout or your aspirations are to have your own bespoke design. The choice really is down to you and we are here to guide you through the process.

Accessibility

During the design process all forms of accessibility can be accommodated for, from wider door openings throughout the home to accessible wet rooms and automated hoist systems. Whatever your requirement this can be catered for during the design process.

Lodge Sales

Lodge Prices start at £130,000.

Due to the large number of manufacturers and stock designs, it is difficult to give an accurate price. The choice of lodge, model and design is very personal to each individual and we would therefore recommend a visit to our park where we will discuss all of the choices available.
