Our aim on all of our parks is to create rural retreats for our guests, a place to get away from it all and relax in peaceful rural surroundings, whilst giving them the ideal base to explore the picturesque Teesdale countryside.

Our focus is to provide holiday homes that can be your countryside retreat, somewhere to spend time with your family and friends or somewhere just to sit back relax and take in the beautiful countryside and enjoy our woodland and river views.

With our park having a no-rental policy keeps the atmosphere more relaxed with a rural community feel.

Local historic Towns

Barnard Castle Staindrop, Durham and Bishop Auckland to mention a few, are where you could spend your time walking around and explore all the old streets or to have a nice cup of coffee or a meal in one of the many restaurants or coffee shops.
