Clayton Caravan Park is set amongst 60 acres of the beautiful Eden Valley in rural North East Fife. The park is ideally situated for exploring the local area being just minutes from historic St Andrews and the stunning Fife coastline. The quiet tranquil setting also offers the perfect location to relax and unwind.

Clayton offers a wide range of new and pre-owned holiday homes and lodges for sale and hire on our beautiful 5 star park. New and pre-owned residential park homes are also available. Our touring park also has pitches available on a seasonal basis.

Clayton Caravan Park has been owned and run by the Kennedy family since it's inception in 1966. Continued investment in the facilities and infrastructure has yielded many National Tourism Awards.

The most prestigious of these being the Visit Scotland 5 Star Holiday Park Award. This extremely stringent Quality Assurance scheme recognises exceptional quality in the maintenance, facilities and delivery of service on the park. The park is also a member of The British Holiday & Homes Parks Association the governing body for caravan parks. Despite being one of the largest privately owned parks in the country our family run approach allows us to provide a personal service to all of our customers.

The park has 376 static holiday home pitches, 50 residential park homes, 8 holiday homes available for hire, and 30 seasonal touring pitches.

Clayton has excellent communication links being situated on the main A91 road only minutes from St Andrews. There is a bus stop at the entrance to the park that has regular services to St Andrews, Cupar, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling.

Separate from the holiday park at Clayton we have a number of residential park homes which are used as owners primary residences. New and Pre-owned park homes are available for sale and can be viewed here.

Our seasonal touring pitches are all on hard standings and serviced by electricity, water and mains drainage.
