Haven Church Farm Holiday Village in Sussex

Our bit of the West Sussex coast features lots of tidal inlets, lined by pebble beaches and lush green farmland. At Church Farm Holiday Village we're surrounded by water; there's Pagham Harbour to one side, a fresh water lagoon on the other and the sea is just a short walk away.

If you visit Church Farm then some of the first things you'll notice about our holiday village are the big green spaces, sports courts and our swish modern facilities built to match the traditional stone and timber farm buildings. Just around the corner from our Holiday Home Sales office, you can see the 800 year old church that our holiday village is named after.

Exploring deeper into our park, past the first few rows of caravans, you'll soon come across the edge of Pagham lagoon. It's a large, shimmering spread of water, bordered by reed beds and patches of long grass, that make it a perfect home for all sorts of wildlife. We even have a spot for feeding the ducks from the bridge that crosses the lagoon. This isn't the only place our holiday home owners choose to buy; some prefer to be closer to our open grassy common, leisure facilities or even right by our golf course.

Alternatively, you can ride the flume around our pool complex, watch the evening entertainment in our ShowBar or treat yourselves to a gourmet meal at our bar and restaurant.

Things to do in West Sussex

If you follow the paths from Church Farm towards the seafront, you come out onto the pebbled beach, with Bognor Regis visible down the coast. If you want to find the nearest sandy beach, it's just a short 25 minute drive away at West Wittering.

A few miles inland from Church Farm is Chichester, which is a great shopping destination with its own uniquely green-roofed cathedral and water sports centre. Head a few miles north of Chichester and you'll enter the South Downs National Park, a beautiful area of green fields, chalk hills and vales which can be a wonderful place to explore on foot.
