Catchwater Meadow.....Proud to be Pemberton's newest show site! Well worth a visit to stroll around the landscaped grounds and lakes.

The lily lake has been likened to a painting by Monet and is brimming with every type and colour water lily and among the lilies there is a magnificent array of cold water fish of all shapes and sizes. The fish are always hungry and cannot wait for you to come along and feed them (food can be purchased here). Some are so friendly they will take food from your hand, this is a photo opportunity waiting to happen. The bridge that spans the lake is also an excellent backdrop to some stunning photographs.

With such a tranquil setting you could sit for hours just reading a book, painting, day dreaming or just drinking in all the beauty.

Fishing Lake

Responsible anglers are welcome to come along and register to fish from dawn till dusk.

The 29 peg lake is host to all sorts of cold water fish ranging from small fry to around 38lb and with a Catch & Release policy they are in tip top condition. There are toilet facilities, a kitchette to make a brew or refrigerate your lunch and a gazebo to sit a while. The peaceful atmosphere is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy your favourite pastime.
