Ian & Francesca James started at Midwarren Holiday Park in Brean in 1988. Over the years they have redeveloped several holiday parks such as Morrinsville, Seawinds, and Sunshine Suzie’s caravan park. These parks have all been rebranded.

The parks offer personal retreats set in idyllic surroundings where you can relax and unwind and spend quality time with family and friends. Whether it's golf, fishing, swimming, horse riding, walking, tennis or the more relaxing pursuits like soaking up the sun or enjoying a barbecue, owning your own holiday home is more affordable than you might imagine.
