Bracken Lodges is a family owned and maintained business offering, one, two and three bedroom self-catering holiday lodges in Highland Perthshire. They have all been awarded 4* by Visit Scotland. All of our lodges are no smoking/no pet properties and each have superb views over Loch Tay and Ben Lawers from the glass fronted balconies.

In an enviable position on the south banks of Loch Tay, located between the pretty villages of Kenmore and Killin, we have 8, superbly equipped, detached 4* self-catering lodges. The lodges are situated in an elevated position within 40 acres of wooded parkland and our perfect location is surrounded by beautiful walks. There is free fishing for trout from the loch frontage which has a private beach where you can enjoy a barbeque amidst the breathtaking scenery.

Our prices include all gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and under-floor heating. Wifi is also available. Laundry facilities, travel cots and high chairs incur a small extra charge.
