About Berwick Holiday Centre

You’ll find Berwick Holiday Park on a rugged, rocky, cliff top just outside of the most northerly town in England – Berwick-upon-Tweed. It’s an ideal place if you’re looking to buy a caravan holiday home with elevated sea views and lovely local walks. About half way along the coast between Edinburgh and Newcastle, by the northern bank of the River Tweed is the small, country town of Berwick. Just a few hundred yards outside the old, Elizabethan town walls is Berwick Holiday Park.

Two sides of our caravan park look out over the cliffs, so many of the holiday homes have their own sea views and there are stairway paths down on to the two beaches at the feet of the cliffs. Regardless of position though, all of our caravan holiday homes benefit from being so close to both the historic town and the sea. It gives you a variety of views, walks and places to see nearby.

Owning a caravan here means you have access to all of our holiday park’s sports and leisure activities, kids’ clubs, restaurant or takeaway options, plus live entertainment every day.

Plus as an owner, you join our exclusive owners’ community, meaning you will be spoilt for choice with owner events, parties and experience days to choose from; not to mention our wine club where you can taste some award winning wines and make some new friends along the way.

Why choose Berwick?

Aside from the lovely countryside, sea views and historic town, buying a caravan holiday home at Berwick puts a great deal of fun, sports and food at your fingertips. Imagine you’ve whisked your friends or family away to your little place by the sea – now how would you keep them all entertained? At a Haven holiday park like this, there’s an all day activity schedule for kids and families, plus live stage shows every evening.

And then there’s the sporty stuff; you could try out kayaking, archery or fencing, or join us for big outdoor family games. Exercise in your own dedicated Owners’ gym, or get away from the hustle and bustle of the park by relaxing in the Owners’ lounge, or your very own Owners’ sauna and steam room.

There’s great news if you’re a golfing enthusiast too. Buy a static caravan at Berwick Holiday Park and you suddenly become a neighbour to Magdalene Fields, the 18-hole, par 72 golf course next door. They’re very welcoming to our guests and the course includes great views of Berwick lighthouse and Holy Island Castle.

Things to do in Northumberland

Just down the road from our holiday park, you’ll find evidence of Berwick’s importance as a fortified border town. You can take a tour of the massive ramparts and town walls, plus the 18th century barracks have been converted into a walk-through-history exhibition.

There’s a number of other nearby attractions in the area too. You could pop out on day trips from your caravan holiday home to places like Paxton House and Northumberland National Park, or hop across the border into Scotland and spend an afternoon exploring the harbour town of Eyemouth just up the road.
