Benson Waterfront provides the perfect haven for relaxing. Situated on the banks of the beautiful River Thames in open countryside at Benson there are full touring and camping facilities and an on-site restaurant and bar. Also available are boat moorings and storage.

The touring site is situated on a picturesque stretch of the river Thames and is a perfect base for anything from walking the Thames path or visiting the sights of the beautiful historic university town of Oxford

Riverside Lodges for Hire

Modern and contemporary luxury holiday lodges boasting a magnificent location on the banks of the River Thames just 10 miles from historic Oxford. The luxury one and two bedroom lodges have a master double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with doors leading to verandah with an outdoor hot tub.

Riverside Lodges for Sale (Currently 4 for sale)

Set in a beautiful tranquil Thames-side setting on a privately owned Oxfordshire leisure park. Lodge accommodation includes fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, lounge, diner with patio doors to decking. Boat Hire

Boating holidays and day boat hire are both available at Benson Waterfront. Le Boat has a large fleet of boats offers holidays from two bases on the River Thames, here at Benson and Chertsey in Surrey. If you are looking for something a little different, Bygone Boating hire out classic motor cruisers for boating holidays. Self drive Day boat and canoe hire is available from AV Boats.

Boat Moorings, Services and Facilities

Our seasonal riverside moorings are very popular and much in demand but overnight moorings are usually available, but please ring ahead to confirm availability and book. Over winter, hard standing storage is available for owners who wish to store their boat out of the water.

Waterfront Café

The café is open seven days a week throughout the year serving food all day. The idyllic setting makes it a perfect place to watch the stunning sunsets over the river with a glass of wine.

AV Boats

AV Boats has a range of boats, kayaks, canoes and accessories for sale from its’ showroom at Benson Waterfront. AV Boats also offers self drive day boat hire either by the hour, ½ day or day.

Bygone Boating

For the more experienced and discerning, Bygone Boating is run ‘by boaters, for boaters’. Paying particular attention to detail and customer service, the carefully restored wooden boats retain original features with modern touches. Competitively priced too!

Le Boat

Le Boat has a large fleet of boats offers holidays from two bases on the River Thames, here at Benson and Chertsey in Surrey.

Benson Angling Centre

The shop caters to anglers with its’ tackle and bait shop. Day licenses are available for those visiting the area.
