Astbury Falls is a small adults only campsite set behind secure gates. It is situated in a secluded valley with lakes were both trout and coarse fishing is available. We are situated 1.5 miles from Bridgnorth which is a quaint market town on the banks of the River Severn. Our aim is for people to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside. Brief history of site:In 1777 the valley was the site of the last charcoal ironworks in the UK, with Mor Brook being dammed to create power for the bellows and hammers needed to produce many iron products.Upper Forge was abandoned in 1889. Following its closure the busy little community of craftsmen dwindled.

There are an abundance of pubs and restaurants with a 2 mile radius of our site. The famous Severn Valley Railway is approximately one mile from the site. We are within easy reach of Ironbridge with its famous museums and Ludlow, an historic market town with medieval castle. Ludlow is famous for its food and music festivals, together with Michelin star restaurants.
