Ashdown is an exclusive holiday home development, with the River Tut running along the bottom of the Park. We are situated in the heart of the beautiful Vale of York, 10 minutes walk from the historic town of Boroughbridge.

We are a 12 month holiday park. This means we are open all year round but you need to have another address and proof of that address in order to purchase a lodge here. This can be anywhere in the U.K. or abroad.

The site has permission for 31 lodges in total.

The Park is ideally situated for easy access to the A1, with Leeds Bradford Airport only 35 minutes away and Teeside Airport an hour.

It is an ideal base for exploring the nearby National Parks, Yorkshire Dales , North York Moors and many more exciting attractions.
