Applecross Campsite is situated above the village of Applecross in Ross-Shire in the Highlands of Scotland. The campsite occupies over six acres of open field camping space, offering fantastic views of the Inner Sound looking towards the islands of Ramsay, Rhona and the Black Cuillins of Skye.

With no mobile phone reception the emphasis here is on tranquillity and relaxation! Dogs are allowed on the site but we would ask that you walk them off the site and keep them on a lead at all times on the site. No campfires are allowed on the campsite!

We have room for sixty units comprising of, tents, motor homes and touring caravans, with ten fully serviced pitches and nine electric and water points. Our heated camping huts provide affordable accommodation during the colder times of the year or you may choose one of our Static Caravans for maximum comfort.

The Flower Tunnel Cafe Bar will be serving breakfasts from April till September from 9.00 am till 11.00 am.

The Cafe bar area will be used in the same way as it was in the pervious season, for our Reception and the main Wet Weather area will be open from 12.00 till 8.30pm . The Flower tunnel makes a fantastic customer common room It is equipped with, Free Wi Fi, Vending machine for teas and coffee, Games, Books and very popular inside childrens play area. Although you cannot cook in the Tunnel, please feel free to come in and make your packed lunches read a book and enjoy the relaxing space.

Although the Games are held on the site it is a Community event and we take no responsibility for any changes made by the Games committee.

This can be a noisy weekend as the games & dance are both held on the campsite itself, If you are looking for a tranquil weekend we would advise you to visit at on an alternative date. At the same time this is a family site & this is not a festival, anyone who is asked to be quiet & responds to either a member of staff or their fellow camper in an unacceptable manner will be removed from the site without a refund.
