Our 12 Scandinavian style lodges provide comfortable self catering accommodation in a stunning countryside location. This tranquil setting is a great place for a break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. It is an ideal base for families and our grounds are safe for children to play in and explore.

Choose between our Thistle or Juniper lodges, both of which can sleep up to 5 people, and all have electric heating, a double and a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a lounge dining area, colour television with free sky channels, a fully fitted kitchen and an outside veranda with further dining facilities. Pets are welcome in our Juniper Lodges.

All our lodges are timber built and each sleep four to five people. The lodges all have one double bedroom and one twin bedroom; the lodges that sleep five people have a single sofa bed in the living room. The lodges are located in a wonderfully tranquil and secluded woodland setting where complete peace and quiet as well as a truly relaxing holiday is guaranteed. Our Thistle lodges are pet free but pets are welcome in our Juniper lodges.

All the lodges have an open plan lounge/kitchen with dining table and a colour TV with free Sky channels, a well equipped kitchen with conventional cooker and microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and a bathroom with over bath shower. Bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival.

All heating is electric (paid for by card meter – available at reception), with wood effect stoves and oil filled heaters in the living room and wall mounted electric heaters in the bedrooms. The lodges all have a private veranda with table and chairs where you can sit or dine. Access to the lodges is via steps; one lodge has a ramp and is suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Pets are welcome in our Juniper Lodges (up to 2 per lodge) – there is an additional charge of £3 per night. Dogs are also welcome in several pubs and restaurants in the area, please see . Cots and high chairs may be hired for £10 per week each.

All lodges are non smoking except on the outside verandas.
