Aldingbourne Park is located approximately four miles north of Bognor Regis and four miles east of Chichester.

It is a small, cosy park picturesquely situated in the beautiful countryside. All homes have off-street parking and there is a local shop/post office/ pub and bus stop at the end of the road.

Main shopping area with retail parks is less than half a mile away.

Aldingbourne is a beautiful rural and residential parish in the Arun district of West Sussex, England ideally positioned to enjoy the beautiful south coast of England.

West Sussex is the sunniest county in the United Kingdom, according to Met Office records so straight away it sounds like a good choice for a retirement! The area is renowned for its scenery and its coast. There is a large part of the countryside which offers walking, hiking , cycling and other opportunities.

The area also boasts of a number of stately homes including Goodwood, Petworth House and also castles such as Arundel Castle and Bramber Castle

Goodwood House is a very beautiful country house and estate covering 4,900 hectares (12,000 acres). The house and its grounds are the site of the annual Goodwood Festival of Speed, whilst elsewhere on the estate the Goodwood Circuit motorsport track at Chichester/Goodwood Airport hosts the annual Goodwood Revival, and the airfield has a Flying School. Goodwood Racecourse hosts “Glorious Goodwood” and a number of other (horse) race meetings. The estate includes two golf courses and a cricket pitch, home to Goodwood Cricket Club, a hotel and a 1,600 ha (4,000 acres) organic farm
