There are dozens of walks suitable for all ages, allowing you to experience the local countryside, birds, wildlife, villages and the adjacent coastline at first hand.

The nearby Trans Pennine trail also provides an excellent cycling experience for young children, inexperienced cyclists or anyone who wants to ride without the worry of traffic.

Historic Hedon and Beverley are both within easy reach, and the busy shopping centres of Hull, York and Scarborough are nearby.
