Abbey farm is a working farm set just outside the picturesque town of Llangollen in North Wales. Owned by the Davies family they provide facilities for camping, touring caravans and motor homes as well as the hugely popular camping pods. There are three self catering cottages to rent and also a static caravan site.

Abbey Farm caravan park is open for 11 month of the year closing for just January each year. Over the years Abbey Farm has developed and now houses a farm shop and tearooms and in its beautiful location at the foot of the horseshoe pass and next to the ancient ruins of the Valle Crusis Abbey is an up and coming wedding venue.

Only an hour away from Liverpool and Manchester and an hour and a half from Birmingham, Abbey Farm is the perfect place for your holiday in the hills.

Ty Canol caravan park is a static site situated 4 Miles away from Abbey farm near Sun Bank, Llangollen. Ty Canol Caters only for static caravans, park homes and lodges. Set in a Quarry surrounded by green trees and wildlife this peaceful and private site offers some of the most desirable caravans, park homes and lodges. Open for 51 weeks of the year Ty Canol is ideal for a second home or holidays. Ty Canol only has facilities for static caravans.

Holiday Cottages For Hire

At Abbey farm we have 3 Self catering cottages available all year round, the flat cottage has been specially equipped for disabled use .They are self contained and have fully equipped kitchens. All three cottages sleep 4 people and all bedding is provided.

Flat Cottage (Sleeps 4) - Disabled Access

Our first cottage is one of the few specifically designed self catering cottages for the disabled in the area. Set on a single floor with access via a wheelchair ramp and a large bathroom catering for the disabled. The 'Flat Cottage' is south facing capturing the sun throughout the year. It has two bedrooms; one with a double bed, the other having two single beds. As with all our cottages, it contains all modern amenities.

End Cottage(Sleeps 4)

Our third cottage is set on two floors and has access to its own private patio. All three cottages have stunning views across the valley including the nearby historic Valle Crucis Abbey. The 'End Cottage' has two bedrooms on seperate floors, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The double bed has an en suite bathroom. All the cottages are supplied with fresh, clean linen and towelling

The Caravan Park...

At Abbey farm we accept touring caravans and motor homes. We have hard standing pitches with electric hook up and also welcome caravans onto our tent site.
