Whether you are looking for peace and solitude or a base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. With an 11-month season, Tamar View provides you, your family and friends with a hassle-free base, enjoying a relaxing stay or a beach break without the need for international travel. The Lodge is set on one of our best plots, with unobstructed panoramic south-facing views across the Tamar Valley. The Lodge has a large decking with a gate. Parking is located adjacent to the lodge. Tamar View Holiday Park is a quiet and family-run holiday park, located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Park consists of 50 static caravan and luxury lodge pitches, offering south-facing panoramic views all the way to Plymouth Sound. The Park benefits from a variety of local amenities and attractions on your doorstep, with the wider offerings of Devon and Cornwall only a short drive away! Stepping into the lodge via your large decking, you access the large utility room with a built-in washing machine, which also provides the perfect spot to hang up wet coats and dirty boots after walking around Kit Hill. This then leads you to the main living area of the accommodation with a large open plan living room, dining area, and kitchen at the front of the lodge. The room benefits from large bay windows, sliding doors leading out onto the decking as well a Velux window in the kitchen, flooding the room with natural light. The lounge enjoys quality freestanding furniture and a large media unit. Behind this is the dining area with storage, as well as access to the front decking. The kitchen benefits from all integrated appliances including a dishwasher. Towards the rear of the lodge is the sleeping accommodation. The master bedroom occupies one corner with a dressing area with wardrobes and an ensuite with a full-size bath. The twin room occupies the other corner, also with its own ensuite shower and WC. Please note, you cannot live on-park, you must have a primary residence elsewhere. All lodges are offered as holiday homes.
