The parks have cycle and footpaths direct to both locations via the Cleveland Way and the Cinder Track. The park extends to 45 acres, with around 165 static pitches on Northcliffe, 100 static pitches on Seaview, 65 touring pitches and 8 glamping pods. There is also the Coast Cafe Bar, a children's play area, various outdoor and indoor games areas.
