The Pemberton Park Lane Vista is a great holiday home at a sensational price. With a fully fitted kitchen and an ensuite, it’s as well appointed as the street it’s named after! You enter through a double glazed, obscure door directly into the kitchen, which is fully fitted. There’s a tall fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Plus, a great 5 burner gas hob and velux ceiling windows to further flood the space with light. The dining table has four upholstered seats, in front of a generous window. One thing the Pemberton Park Lane has lots of is light, giving it a really spacious feel. In the lounge area you’ll find a four-seater sofa (also a sofa bed), plus 2 occasional chairs and a large footstool. There’s also an impressive coal-effected gas fire, for cosy evenings in, and lots of storage. The bedrooms and bathrooms are equally impressive and spacious. There’s a modern family shower room with a double width shower and obscured opening window. This can be used exclusively by guests using the 2nd bedroom, which is a generous twin room with plenty of storage. The master bedroom is a peaceful space with a large window bringing in plenty of light. The ensuite has a bath with shower over (quite unusual at this price point). There are large mirrored wardrobes and a dressing table with mirror over to complete the space.
