The ABI Coworth benefits from a large decking expanding across the full width of the lodge, perfect for having a summer night’s BBQ. Parking is located adjacent. Tamar View Holiday Park is a quiet and family-run holiday park, located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Park consists of 50 static caravan and luxury lodge pitches, offering south-facing panoramic views all the way to Plymouth Sound. The Park benefits from a variety of local amenities and attractions on your doorstep, with the wider offerings of Devon and Cornwall only a short drive away! Stepping into your holiday home via your extensive decking, you are welcomed into a lobby area linking the living and sleeping quarters, with space to put away your coats and shoes. At the front is the open plan lounge, configured with bench seating, providing storage and a fold-out ‘Z’ bed, allowing you to sleep up to 6. The lounge also benefits from an electric fireplace and TV area. Adjacent to this is the dining area, configured with fixed and freestanding furniture. Opposite it is the kitchen, offering all the quality appliances integrated, as well as plenty of storage and counter space. At the rear of the caravan is the master bedroom, consisting of a king-size bed, wardrobe, and ensuite WC. There is also a twin room and a family shower room. The ABI Coworth also benefits from a manufacturer warranty ranging from 1 to 10 years across different elements of the holiday home.
